The first paid step
An independent, executive-level read on the initiative you can't afford to be wrong about.
When a go-live, integration, or migration is carrying more risk than the status reports admit, the first thing you need is not more effort — it is the truth. The Execution Review is a fixed-fee, independent assessment: I establish the initiative's actual condition, identify the risks and decisions most likely to decide the outcome, and hand you a prioritized 30-day stabilization plan you can act on the day of the readout. It is a read and a plan, not a takeover — and the readout is yours to run with anyone you choose, including not me.
Who it's for
Health system CEOs, COOs & CIOs carrying a high-stakes go-live or migration
Boards & executive sponsors who need an independent read they can trust
Private-equity platforms & MSOs mid-acquisition or mid-integration
Rural, community & critical-access systems without a bench to spare
Leaders who just inherited a program they didn't start
When to call
An implementation or go-live is drifting — the date is slipping and nobody will say so
A critical program has no single accountable owner
A stay-or-switch decision is looming and every opinion in the room has a stake
An acquisition or affiliation is mid-integration and Day 1 confidence is soft
A vendor is running a build you need to trust — and verify
How it runs
Thirty minutes, confidential, no cost. We scope what's at stake, and you get the fixed fee and the plan before you commit to anything.
Six to eight interviews with the sponsor and the people doing the work, plus the program plan, governance, risk and readiness evidence, and vendor commitments.
An independent red / yellow / green assessment: critical path, dependencies, priority risks, unresolved decisions, and who actually owns what.
An executive session with the findings, a prioritized 30-day stabilization plan, and a straight recommendation for what comes next.
Typically 7–10 business days from kickoff to readout.
What you get
Bounded by design
What I need from you
An executive sponsor who wants the honest answer
Six to eight interviews, 30–45 minutes each
Access to the program plan, status reporting, risk logs, readiness evidence, and vendor commitments
No PHI required
After the readout
After the readout, most clients do one of four things: run the 30-day plan with their own team, bring me in for targeted remediation, commission a full recovery blueprint, or move to embedded or interim leadership. All four are fine outcomes. The Review is complete either way.
