Who I am
I help healthcare organizations bring structure, speed, and accountability to complex technology change. Over 14+ years — beginning at Cerner in 2012 — I've led EHR go-lives, revenue-cycle transformation, M&A and affiliation integration, and go-live recovery across provider organizations, enterprise portfolios, and multi-site environments.
My career spans Oracle Health (Cerner), R1 RCM, S&P Consultants (Indian Health Service), and Mosaic Health, where I built and led integration functions, directed large-scale implementations, and scaled a delivery organization from 5 to 24 people across four verticals.
I'm at my best in high-stakes environments — a slipping go-live, a merger that has to be real on Day 1, or a leader who needs a fast, honest read on IT. I work hands-on with the technology and own the outcome, which is what lets me commit to a date and mean it.
What I believe
I take the outcome as mine — the plan, the risk, the vendors, and the date. Not a deck; a landing.
You get the honest read early, even when it's uncomfortable. Green means green.
I work for you, never the vendor building your system. My only agenda is your outcome.
Every go-live lands on clinicians and patients. Keeping care safe is the whole point.
When the program has to land, you don't need another advisor. You need someone who owns it.
